Am I a good fit as your therapist?
I work best with adults who are ready to explore themselves more deeply. My clients are people who are open to reflection, curious about their patterns, and willing to take an active role in their growth.

My style is insight-oriented and relational, which means I bring my full presence, intuition, and perspective into our work together. Clients who tend to benefit most from this approach are those who are interested in understanding the “why” beneath their experiences, not just managing symptoms.

Do you accept insurance? What is the cost of therapy?
II accept a few types of insurance. I invite you to click on this link to view the insurance providers that I am in network with here. For those that will not be using insurance, the cost is $175 for the first session and $150 for each session thereafter. Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement can be provided, if needed.
In which states are you licensed to practice?
I am licensed to provide therapy in Ohio and Kentucky. Additionally, I hold telehealth privilege in Florida.

Do you work with clients virtually or in person?
I offer virtual therapy sessions. For virtual sessions, we will use a secure telehealth platform (Zoom) to ensure privacy and ease of access.

What are your hours of availability?
I am available for sessions Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST.

What age groups or populations do you work with?
I work with adults. I specialize in trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

How long are sessions and how many will I need?
Sessions typically last between 50-55 minutes each. For clients using an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), sessions are typically 45 minutes or less in length, per EAP guidelines. The number of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals; if you're using an EAP, the EAP will determine the number of sessions. Some clients may benefit from a few sessions, while others may choose to engage in therapy for a longer period of time. We’ll regularly assess progress together and adjust our approach as necessary.

How do I get started?
Getting started is simple. You can visit the Schedule a Consultation page and choose a time that feels right for you. Once your appointment is set, I will call you at that time for a 15 minute phone consultation.

During this call, we will take a few moments to talk through what is bringing you in and any questions you may have. It is also a space to get a sense of whether working together feels comfortable and aligned. If it does, we can gently talk through the next steps for scheduling your first session.
