WHO I HELP
I work with adults who feel stuck, whether that takes the shape of anxiety, depression, the imprint of past experiences, or a season of life that no longer fits. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still find themselves caught in patterns that cannot be resolved through insight alone.
You may feel depleted, overwhelmed by your inner world, or quietly disconnected from yourself. From the outside, things may appear steady or even successful, while internally there is a sense that something remains unresolved. There can be a lingering question of who you are, a struggle with self-worth, or a quiet belief that you should feel more at ease than you do.
Relationships often carry this tension. You may long for closeness, yet notice yourself pulling back, overthinking, or protecting in ways that leave you feeling alone. Beneath these patterns there is often a deeper fear of not being enough, of being unseen, or of ultimately being left.
Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, I help you explore the underlying patterns and experiences that have shaped you. Together, we begin to make sense of what has been carried, often for a long time, so that you can relate to yourself and others with greater steadiness and authenticity. This work asks for curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to look beneath the surface, and it creates space for meaningful, lasting change.

THERAPY EXPERIENCE
I offer 100% online therapy, allowing you to meet from a space that feels familiar and at ease. Beyond convenience, this creates the conditions for a different kind of presence, one where you can show up more fully, without the added pressure of being anywhere other than where you are.

Our work together is collaborative and intentional. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, we focus on what feels most meaningful to you, exploring not only what is happening on the surface, but also the deeper patterns, lived experiences, and internal dynamics that shape your life.

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, though at the center of my work is supporting you in developing a more compassionate and honest relationship with yourself. Growth is not created through pressure or self-criticism, but through understanding and integration.
We also attend to the connection between mind and body. Emotions are not only thought, they are felt and carried within the body, often showing up as tension, fatigue, or shifts in the nervous system. As this awareness deepens, you begin to recognize these patterns and respond to yourself with greater steadiness and care.

Why Loreth Collective
Loreth is a name rooted in myth and meaning. It's a fusion of Lilith, the fierce, untamed figure of ancient folklore who would not be silenced, and Ioreth, the wise healing woman of Gondor who knew that true restoration begins not with remedies, but with presence and story.

The name evokes a lineage of resilience and restoration. It is where healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about remembering what is whole. It honors both the fierce and the tender: the parts that protect, that long, that endure.

At Loreth Collective, therapy is seen as sacred, integrative work. Therapy is an invitation to reclaim one’s story, to explore inward with courage, and to meet the self with honesty and compassion. It’s a space to be met just as you are: fully human, fully worthy. It's a place and to engage in meaningful, transformative change.
